The course aims to present students with practical cases of application of European legislation for the protection of food consumers, highlighting the implications of European legislation on national law, having particular regard to civil liability regimes.

The course aims to provide students with knowledge on European food law, skills in the field of food consumer protection and skills related to the application of the relevant legislation to practical cases.

Classroom analysis of practical cases, with the creation of working groups and active participation of students.
