CONTENTS
The workshop aims to make students deal directly with some of the theses of one of the most important legal philosophers of the twentieth century: H. L. A. Hart. Students will be required to study his most significant work, “The Concept of Law”.

TEACHING METHODS
After an introductory overview provided by the teacher, students will be required to study Hart's main work and take written examinations regarding it. Attendance is mandatory for all the duration of the workshop: no absences are admitted.
