CONTENTS
The course represents an advanced analysis of comparative constitutional law. The course analyses the origin and development of the concepts of constitution, constitutionalism and constitutional state, with a comparative and multilevel approach. The course will be then dedicated to the contemporary challenges of comparative constitutional law.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The course aims to provide students with an advanced level of knowledge in the field of comparative constitutional law, enriching their ability to analyze and problematize current comparative constitutional issues.
PREREQUISITES
Basic knowledge of constitutional law and comparative law.
TEACHING METHODS
The course will be taught in English and carried out through lectures and seminars, always stimulating students’ active participation.
METHODS OF VERIFYING LEARNING
For attending students: discussion on the topic addressed during the course, starting from the reading material assigned by the teacher (up to 15 points); oral presentation on a theme agreed during the course (up to15 points).
For non-attending students: written test consisting of three questions on topics addressed by the textbook (up to 10 points for each question).
